Orienteering 59:15 [4]5.8 km (10:13 / km)
NEOC event at Webster Scout Reservation, club champs. red course. First time on this map. Fast course, nice cool weather, ran as hard as I could whenever I knew where I was going. I lost 2-3 minutes spread over four somewhat shaky legs. Addendum: After posting this, I went to record my splits and didn't have a split for the go control. Then I realized I never went to the go control. What a space case! (I've done this once before). I e-mailed the meet director and told him I DNF'd. What a pity: the go control would only have added 30-40 seconds, and my margin over Tim P. was a bit more than that.
Trail Run 8:00 [2]0.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
