| Passed on Five Ponds meet: not so much because of the crappy weather, just too much to do at home and not feeling great. But I wanted to do something strenuous, so I went to the indoor track after lifting and did 3 repeat miles, walking a lap in between. 6;35, 6:31, 6:30. |
