Passed on Five Ponds meet: not so much because of the crappy weather, just too much to do at home and not feeling great. But I wanted to do something strenuous, so I went to the indoor track after lifting and did 3 repeat miles, walking a lap in between. 6;35, 6:31, 6:30.

XC course from Smith. Really dragging.

Crappy weather. Must have been working pretty hard, since I had my HR around 150 for the last 10 minutes.

Wednesday Apr 11

After lifting at Smith, I jogged to the dirt track around the athletic field and did 6 laps, progressively faster, as it got progressively darker. Laps were 6:06, 5:44, 5:35, 5:28, 5:18, 5:14.

Tuesday Apr 10

UMass loop. Didn't have much time, so ran short and moderately hard. Legs felt good. 6:43, 5:40, 10:14, 6:58.
