mostly good, i found it hard to run through the brashings and i couldn't find 2 controls;3 and 13, i was in the right place, just couldn't find them

right from the bottom of the track to the top of the hill, along ridge, down Vale Road, left at the clock tower, down primrose lane and back up slab lane up to the top, oposite the shop, right along ridge, and back down the hill by the takeaways. aim was to push harder up the hills and use the down hills as recovery

tensed up loads and found it harder to run

not really sure what time but 25 mins prob about right, over the water meadows(less wet but still muddy) went up through the woods, mantained a good speed
