really bad orienteering!! The scale of the map puzzled me abit, as i didnt relise what the scale was. First control i mucked up as i was put off by other people and ended up CRAWLING through brambles(forest fight)-not good route choice. 6- ran straight passed it and ended up falling down the crag by 7, then i relised and found 6 easy, then went back to 7 and climbed back up the crag. at 10 i ran straight passed it and had to go back.

Oknell Pond score event- missed only 4 controls and had 10 mins to spare, could have definitly got 1 more maybe 2 more if i was really fast. Orienteering was really good. First time i wore dads heart rate monitor, it wasn;t tight enough so i kept falling down, so the avg and max were only when it was working.

In godshill woods- 3 mins as fast as i could and 1 min walk and i did that 8 times +2mins and 9 secs at the end.
