Calisthenics (General) 2:00 [3]
slept:7.5 weight:181lbs (injured)

45 sit-ups. I had to strain at times to either avoid pain or cramping. I decided against trying to run the QOC event at Patuxent today.

Running (Street & Trail) 14:09 intensity: (7:00 @2) + (7:09 @3) 1.64 mi (8:38 / mi)
slept:8.0 weight:182lbs (injured)

From Northfield Rd., Custer Rd. to York Ln., to Overhill Rd., to Hampden Ln., to Wilson Ln., to Aberdeen Rd., to Aberdeen Pl./Garfield St., to Northfield Rd. I went for a test run and immediately knew that I still have some more healing to do. I managed to get warmed-up and felt better but had to keep from overextending my stride past the point where it would cause sharp pain. I ran over some of the hillier roads in the nearby neighborhood since I don't usually run along these. There were some slushy parts but mostly I ran on cold wet pavement. After being warmed-up, I took a few strides in some snow on some grass going slightly downhill--that was enough to know that I was risking further injury. After the run, I rushed out w/friends and family to see The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and I enjoyed it.

Other (Snow Shoveling) 25:00 [2]
slept:5.0 weight:182lbs (injured)

Shoveling the snow and ice off of our walkway and driveway. This helped loosen-up my back, which is doing better overall.
