With the rain, my knee injury, and Samantha to look after, I didn't go to the QOC event at Swanson Rd. Instead, I finished-off my course setting on paper for the upcoming chase, finished-off the never-ending photo work from the previous weekend, did some bicycle shopping, got some groceries, and did some television shopping--our main one blinked-out. It was a productive day.

From Northfield Rd., to Moorland Ln., to Glenwood Rd., to Old Georgetown Rd., to Kingswood Rd., to Hurst St., to Grosvenor Rd., to Beach Dr., to Jones Bridge Rd., to Rockville Pike, to Woodmont Ave., to Battery Ln., to Park Ln., to Custer Rd., to Northfield Rd. It finally stopped raining so much, and I was able to go ride. I thought I was riding slowly but it seems that I was moving faster that the last time I did this loop over some segments. That was even with some headwinds and with my right knee hurting sometimes. I had to estimate the overall time since I didn't restart my watch at a traffic light and missed some segments.

Gunstock Resort, NH. I photographed and videod The Billygoat and Kid Goat competitors. My knee was hurting from yesterday and perhaps climbing/descending the steep hills. It was a nice day to be out. I’d stayed-up late the night before trying to process some of the photos from the US Team Trials taken the day before. I also missed seeing any northern-lights. It was too cloudy whenever I checked.
