Been lazy last few days... will try and make it to the gym tomoz. Have funny throat thing at the moment, but its not like a cold sore throat, more like an allergic reaction sore throat?!

We WON! with 4 girls and 2 boys! 9 - 5! Didnt do anything to retarded tonite just a few silly moments. Got a gimme try from damo but I still enjoyed it :) Was annoying though because the other team got a few trys that they shouldnt have... After like 8 weeks on the bottom of the ladder we have finally moved up to 6th /8!

Also took diesel for a 30min walk to loosen my legs up before touch, but couldnt bring myself to log walking as Ryan enjoys calling me a pansy at every opportinity...

Had just sat down with my peanut butter crumpet after work when Ryan convinced me to go for a run... Was terribly painful (didnt stretch properly after yesterdays run which made stiff muscles from weights the day before worse!) took me at least 10min to actualy start moving at a decent pace. No gym tomoz as have no car, probably good thing not sure my legs are ready for it yet!

Was v. stiff after last nite but run seemed to help a bit... was in a rush as I had over napped this morning and had to get to uni at a certain time so 30mins was all I could manage but turns out I dont think I could have
lasted much longer anyway. Tried to work on my running style and to not fall over like I did at work yesterday :(

Took it easy as I didnt know the tracks or how hard it would be... this one has two leg tracks and tricep push ups!!
Chest - 2x1.1kg
Bi - 2x2.4 (could probably go 1kg extra thursday?)
Leg 1 - 4x 2.4 (change to 5kg)
Leg 2 - same as above
Back - 2x2.4 (add 1kg and keep dumbell same)
Tri - keep same 2.4kg
Abs - same as well
Will be real sore tomoz!
Gym Session (Exercise Bike - Hill Int) 20:00 [1] 6.6 km (3:02 / km)
After powerflex just to loosen my legs so I can actually walk tomoz. Did level 7 Hill intervals, like the new bikes :)

Saturday Dec 8

Ryan dragged me out for a short run after work... was actually quite good he pushed me down into the low 5min/ks for bits of it (Probably cause if he went any slower he would be walking)... and tried to fix up my terrible running style at the moment. Still feeling very weak and clumsy. Will try and go for longer runs next week!

Touch Game, wasnt looking forward to this game as most of the Tilford players are huge (not meaning they have big muscles) and because they cant run that fast, they like to push you around. Hence both ryan and I got cleaned up at the same time by the one guy... real friendly! resulted in big guys knee to my thigh :) Other than that... refs were bad, I played a bit better than the last few weeks but still need improvement. 4 - 4 at least we drew but we should have had them.. the story of our season so far...

Finally organised a training.. was a bit hard with only 5 of us but i found it helpful :) Rolled left ankle (good one) but not too badly, should have worn touch shoes not sneakers.
Beach Running (Bellerive + Bluff) 32:00 [3] 4.78 km (6:42 / km)
ahr:165 max:185 shoes: Asics GT-2110
Run on beach after touch training...
Only managed 25mins running 4.11km (6.06) had to stop because i got all dizzy (hadnt had much to eat & body not use to that much activity!) and walked back to the car. Besides the dizziness, just usual things: weak, totally lost running style and felt like I was going to trip over lots.
