Can no longer try and pretend that I dont have heaps of uni work to do... so probably wont be training for next few days while I try and catch up... but will most probably just watch tv instead cause I hate essays :)

Usual program... pool to myself again (6:00pm) ... was enjoying it and wanted to do more but had to get out after 30 mins :(

Run with Ryan around my place after uni. Not sure why it was such a struggle? Must be more unfit than i thought. Hills were a bit tough and knees started hurting just before 30min.. soft sand didnt help. Was cool to run somewhere else than just on the beach.

Must be really trying to avoid uni work because I went training in the dark and I did 1km intervals, neither of which i enjoy. Wanted to keep within zone 4 (garmin tc) so staying between 160 - 180 bpm cause I knew I couldnt keep going if I went all out. So reps were about 70 -75%
Times:
4.42 (Av hr - 171) - Bike Path
4.46 (168) - Bike Path
4.48 (169) - Grass
4.52 (160) - Grass

Had to swap surfaces because bike path was too dark so just moved to wentworth touch grounds and ran around the fields - hence slower times.
Main problems was bad cardio and rubbing on the outer sole of my foot - nice blister now.

Didnt drink enough after yesterdays run... so had that annoying dehydration headache all day, didnt want to make it worse with training :)
