At the J. camp, I sprained my ankle quite badly while.......sprinting down a really steep and rocky hill......OR.......just by walking slowly across the car park, take your pick! Correct answer wins a lolly :)

Have had last few days off because of my right foot.. that was annoying...but its ok I have just cheered up because I just beat Ryan in predicting Triple Js Hottest 100, No. 1. Which was Muse (Knights of Cydonia) Hehehehehe!

Lost 3 -1, probably should of won but they were a mad team, women were merely pawns in the mens game (but its like that lost of the time!) We are really good defensive but are hopeless at attacking, I only did one really retarded thing so thats an improvement, also managed to stay on my feet for the whole game, a concept many of our players are having trouble with?!
Foot was sore in 2nd half mostly.

Ran from home to touch as warm up (1.57km 8.41) and then 20ishmins after touch with Ryan as cool down.

Was going to do some strength stuff but couldnt stand on the wobbly as foot was way to painful.. Put some ice on it and will try and be careful at work tomoz :(

Was a bit sleepy tonite.. it seemed easier than last time even though I was still lifting big weights?? Tight hamstrings and very wobbly on the lunges. Foot didnt bother me at all which was good.
Chest - same as always
Legs 12kg for both tracks
Bi - 2.3kg + 1.1kg (struggled)
Back 2.3/ 2x2.3+ 1kg
Tri 1x 2.3kg (made it all the way through! except for the retarded push ups!)
Abs - 2.3kg (5kg for next time?)

After weights... level 11/20 on hill profile, still too easy need to go up again. They played the killers live at Abbey Road on the big tvs which distracted me for awhile :)
