| Feeling ok in this class... have lost a bit of condition but not suprising since I havent really been going consistantly. Going to make it twice a week from now on, or at least once week when I am busy.
Weights probably shouldnt change just yet.. feeling pretty weak (esp. arms). Legs - 2.5 + 2.3 Chest - 2x 2.3 then 2.3 + 1.1 Tri - 2.3 + 1.1 then 2.3 Bi - The same as above Back - 2.3x2 + 1.1 the 2x2.3 Will keep that the same for next week then start adding the 2.5 in more. | ||

| Wowzer... was not at all prepared for this class! My first clue should have been that there was only one other girl in the class and all the rest were muscly men! Melissa is crazy! Hardest 60min+ workout I have ever ever done. First half thought I would actually fall off the bike and the second half I think my legs went numb from the pain! Will definitely have to make this class a regular thing, with Mel screaming at you to go faster its pretty hard to slack off. Not sure if I could do the powerflex class straight after so think I will have to make it to the morning session on Thursdays. | ||

| Morning Run.. it is now dark at 7am. First bit was awesome, felt really good. But gradually got the usual first run in awhile feelings... unco style, heavy and tight legs, sore shins. Pretty sure I will be back to normal next time.Knights of Cyadonia got me through the last beach part of the run and while I struggled up the hills on the way home I didnt have to stop at all which is always a good sign. This is my 8th day straight of working and I am very happy with how I have held up... lots and lots of afternoon and evening naps has been the key!

| We lost! 6 -3. Wasnt that bothered after the game... but now its really annoying as we could have totally taken that team. Losing was a combined effort between umps (way too many terrible terrible calls) and some of our players who were a bit off the show. | ||

| Have taken the last few days off... trying to get rid of the last of my cold, dead tired from last weekend and am in the middle of working 8 days straight. Will try and start things back up tomorrow with spin after work. | ||
