Orienteering race 15:02 [5] 2.4 km (6:16 / km) +40m 5:47 / km

First sprint at the sprint champs. Good run, really fast terrain. Behind Hiliary Saeger till #11, with Kseniya not too far behind me. The terrain was open enough that I could do some following but still keep in some contact. 2nd in this group so moved on to the top group for sprint 2.

Orienteering race 22:44 [5] 2.3 km (9:53 / km) +50m 8:55 / km

2nd sprint. Terrain much less open and more technical locations. My group was both Saegers, Val Duca, and Kseniya. All together to 3 and we all blew it. Ran into 2 other controls not on our course and finally relocated. Lost a good 2 minutes. Saegers pulled away from us around 5 and then it was V and K and I seeing each other till the end. They both outran me near the end so I ended up last in the group. Moved onto the Group A consolation group.

Orienteering race 20:44 [5] 2.5 km (8:18 / km)

No major mistakes, just a few bobbles and hesitation. Running slower overall though because of the previous races. The group consisted of Kseniya, Heidi Onskt, Lyn Walker, and Val Duca. Neck and neck with Kseniya just about the whole time. She outran me in the end so I ended up 2nd in the group.

Orienteering 1:58:00 [3] 8.6 km (13:43 / km)

Farsta at the sprint festival. Fun format, tricky map with some subtle areas and one area of the map that needed some substantial updating with a curious 4 controls placed within it. Had several significant mistakes on the first 4 k loop. Better on the 2nd loop cause I went slower and knew the areas I had to watch out for.
