Same sort of terrain as Saturday but with lots more trail running options, making it a much faster course. Probably lost a good 3-4 minutes on 6--lots of hesitating to track trails as I made my way down to the road and then came in off the road at the trail just before the one I wanted. A pretty good run overall though. | ||

| Batona 500 Saturday Green Y course, Batsto map
Flat terrain, no rocks, lots of blueberry bushes. A nice course and fun map (except for the blueberries). Lots of trails but the subtle contours can make it tricky. Had at least 10 minutes of mistakes, probably less than a minute on 4, 6-7 on 5, a 2-3 on 11, and maybe 30 seconds on 15. Decent run the rest of the time. | ||

Completely blew #10--didn't see the intersecting trail as I was going north on the trail out from 9. Lost a couple minutes there. Also lost a minute or 2 at 6, thrashing around in the green. I thought the control would be in the green and it was on the edge of the clearing. I enjoyed the course though. | ||
