Event: 30th Annual Billygoat Run
Orienteering race 2:56:46 [4] 13.05 km (13:33 / km) +500m 11:22 / km
Billygoat at Clear Lake Scout Reservation. Nice course by Joe M. Logged 15.8 k on the Forerunner. Skipped 18. Trailing behind Peggy D., Victoria C. and company until about 6, ran into Eric Stones going to 8 and was with him and various others through the aid station at 14. Then was with Jim H and at various times George W. Lost a few minutes going to 13 and 14, just not located myself along trails. Lost a minute going to 16, not tracking the boulder fields correctly and doing too much pointing and shooting.
