Brown course at Westmoreland, training #4

Nice course with a good mix of leg lengths. Very icy on many trails and parts of woods. Very glad to have my microspikes on--no trouble due to them.

No major problems. A bit too high on 14 and couldn't see the boulder on the hillside.
