Morning run with Deb along what used to be the edge of Lake Menidee but is now mostly so far from the water that it is out of sight. The main lake is at just 1% capacity! Had planned to run along the Darling River but no real options. Garmin track shows me in the water but we had to walk at least 300m from our van park to the waters edge.

Tough but enjoyable ride with Deb around and across parts of Lake Mungo. Roads were rough, strong winds and no respite from pedalling as it is so FLAT!
