Morning run with Deb along the river into Wiradjuri Reserve and back. Hip a little better after a couple of days of stretches. No Garmin as have sent it away for replacement.

Slow and painful* run from home to Briohny's house.

* from hip injury and added pain from physio working on my hip injury!! No structural damage however very tight around socket and pelvis. Foam roller and (excruciating) hard ball exercises.
