Back at Roadies after a long absence. New run this year from Marrambidya Wetlands along the river and return. Really enjoyed the course and location. Steady run with a little hip soreness towards the end.

Mongrel summer head cold plus super sore in hammys, glutes and lower back after laying pavers at B and T's place yesterday! Physio session this morning to work on my hip was extra painful as Dave found a couple of very tight muscles to dig into:-(
