Steady run on the shortest course, taking it easy up the hills. Bit cold and windy today but not too bad for running.

Walked the uphills and ran the flat and downhills on the short hard course at Tabletop. Clean apart from wobble at #1 (too high). Nice part of the map (but could do with an update!) and nice course from first-time setter.
