Ran the short again today (was tempted by the 6km medium but remembered I had O tomorrow and also physio's instructions!).

Note

Physio session on Achilles. With no real progress over last 4 weeks, physio upped the ante today with shockwave treatment. It was pretty uncomfortable (ie painful!) but if it helps, I'll be happy. 2 follow up treatments over next 2 weeks.

Walked around VMG map with Deb testing new MapRun course that will be available during Oceania carnival. Worked really well on my phone but not so well on Deb's iPad!

Easy paced run down past the cemetery and along beside Kooringal Rd and return. Sunny but a very cold wind, even at lunchtime! Temp drop of about 12 degrees from yesterday (which admittedly was pretty warm for August!)
