Running race (Roadies on Rocky Hill) 26:41 [4] 4.13 km (6:28 / km) +113m 5:41 / km

Medium course on the hill behind our house. Know the area very well as have made an O map of it but that doesn't help with the hills!! Also the organiser decided to create his own track (mowed and at some points trenched) across the side of the hill so might have to do an O map update! Run was good, walked up the steeper sections but Achilles held up well.

Middle race at Mittagong. Odd course with remote start and street run (590m) to finish from remote last control. A bit slow to 1 but good through to 5 then big mistake at 6 when got very confused in the complex MTB tracks. Eventually relocated off a termite mound but blew about 5 minutes.

Good news is that the Achilles pulled up well after 3 runs over the 2 days but will not be counting any chickens just yet!
