Deb and I ran different courses I planned at Pomingalarna. No flags or even tapes, so honesty system:-) Nice to get into the forest, even one we know so well, and especially pleasant running conditions after yesterday's soaking rain. Only real issue was at #4, where I stopped a bit short in some light green native pine before working it out!

Saw a couple of folks on mountain bikes, using the tracks.

Out via Rocky Hill, then down to the river and return. Turned into a bit of a Roadies gathering (never more than 2 at a time!) as I met Phil (twice), Loren and then Dave on different parts of my run. Great morning to be out, cool and a little damp underfoot from Sunday nights rain.
