A rare clean run. Very wet underfoot but only rained as I finished. Downside is a significant worsening of my troublesome left knee, now very sore. Might need to consult my golfing partner/orthopaedic surgeon on Wednesday! Forgot to stop my Garmin so time is official time and took 100m off my distance.
