Rollerskiing with Anders again. Worked well last time - felt though to have to finish already after 25 minutes without feeling tired at all, but that's life..

Quite slow hike up to Sydpolen and back down - but still one of two trainings this week. Knee handled it well. "Training" might be around 1 hour - but complete hike took around 3.5 hours including a long break (phone conference with NOF).
