Rollerskiing - this time alone. Went well last time as well - still not increasing.

Rollerskiing with Anders again. Worked well last time - felt though to have to finish already after 25 minutes without feeling tired at all, but that's life..

2.5 hours hike. 40 minutes kind of fast uphill, the rest slowly. Some pain in left knee back side (new feeling, kind of unexpected)

First time rollerskiing in several years. Felt OK while skiing - let's see how it feels the next days.

Night-o, KM. Jogged 20 minutes. Walked 30 minutes. Skipped the rest after control 9 of 13 as I felt some pain in the knee.

Starting strength training every second evening (around 3 minutes now in the start). Inner back/stomach + hamstring

Stoltzekleiven. Around 14 minutes - medium intensity hike up the hill.

hiking (Gullfjellet/Sydpolen) 2:00:00 intensity: (1:00:00 @0) + (30:00 @1) + (30:00 @2) 3.0 km (40:00 / km) +600m 20:00 / km

Quite slow hike up to Sydpolen and back down - but still one of two trainings this week. Knee handled it well. "Training" might be around 1 hour - but complete hike took around 3.5 hours including a long break (phone conference with NOF).
