| so last night I had this weird dream that my hip hurt a lot and then my leg exploded. except then I woke up and my hip really did hurt. I think it tightened up and spasmed and pulled itself while I was sleeping. must have been dehydration or something. it felt totally fine yesterday. anyway it really hurt a lot and I couldn't get back to sleep for an hour or so until the 4 vitamin I kicked in. this morning its better, but I still can't walk without limping a lot. see, sleeping is dangerous. |
