Doubled back a bit to look for it, but finding a half inch bolt in 5k of beach trash is kinda hopeless (though I actually found a different bolt that almost fit). So I moved around the wheels a bit and kept going. It better start snowing soon, my wheelie toys are falling apart faster than I can fix them. | ||

| Manchester RR. Good run, felt strong the whole time. It was hot (as in above freezing) which helped a lot. Time was from the gun, and it took a good 25 seconds to get to the start line, so I definitly made the 35-card cutoff this year. Guess all the running training actually worked.
