drove home right after the tourney, didn't get in until 5am. on a related note my hip now hurts less than my neck, and there's less skin on my face than rugburn. last meet until january. woohoo.

| so I saw the trainer today about my hip. says its "snapping hip syndrome." apparently this is like a tight IT band, but more in the hip and with more snapping. anyway its not fatal and I've get to do some rehab to stretch it before practice every day. |
