Josephine Peak (6k) in the Front San Gabriels.

I had a fairly crazy hike planned for today, but after the bike ride yesterday morning I had awful stomach cramps for the rest of the day. Standing up hurt, lying down hurt, about all I could do was sit hunched over in a chair, and even that hurt. Not sure what caused it, the guesses are dehydration (it got hot all of a sudden this week) or lunch at Denny's on Friday. Probably both. It finally went away by nighttime, but I figured I probably shouldn't go on a 30 mile epic today just in case. Today felt fine though.
