Run along the Reno river, which is not actually as ghetto as it sounds. The Reno river, unlike the LA river, actually has water in it. Also it's really called the truckee river, which makes it more awesome. Hot and dry out down here, but pretty breezy.
So the car story just got less exciting. Turns out it probably wasn't 5 year old marmots chewing stuff, since today's problem was somebody chewing the wires they put in new last week. Cars are for driving, not for eating. How am I supposed to scare mice/rats/chipmunks away from the deliciousness that is my car? I think the next plan is to put mouse traps under mine and smear carol's wheels with peanut butter.

Truckee Running Club hill workout. Four of us today, and we did a shorter section of the hill since we decided the full hill ended up too slow this high up. With a 40 second section you can do most of it hard before you realize you need oxygen, then just not to pass out for the last 10.
My car is broken again. Same problem. wtf. Will someone please fix it so it lasts longer than a week? Though its slightly different this time in that it does detect some positions of the gear shift, so Jonis figured out you can start it if you put it in N (it doesn't detect P, it says that is R). Yay back to Reno, though at least I get to drive it down there this time.
