Finally got a new chain for the road machine, now it's back to super sexy smooth. Ride down through town and around the lake, running away from a thunderstorm on the way back.
In tragic news however, I got a job. Like a real full time one, that I have to do every day. I predict this will greatly cut into my play time. Fortunately it's not one I actually have to goto to do, so it's got that going for it. But in memoriam, I'm doing nothing useful this week.

Up to TD for a mtb, went around the valley and saw some trail-work looking stuff at the bottom of the new ridge trail, so I did a loop around that to see how it was coming. The way up was nice and ridable, the way down was steep and rocky and deep-dusty. Definitely needs a winter to settle, and hopefully some more rock removal. Or just ride up the dirt road behind it and come down the fun side.
