Dutch relay champs, 6,3km. Enjoyed running even though I lacked some recent racing experience. One larger mistake of around a minute, other than that fine. Wasn't taking any risks, focused on orienteering cleanly which sometimes meant walking or stopping for a few seconds to be sure. Ankle held up ok.
