Dubbelsprint UT Enschede, 1,9km. Shadowed Ralf around the course on his first time. Fun :)

2nd sprint, 1,9km. Since he was doing so well he wanted to run the 2nd course alone, so I walked round my own one in a reasonable pace. Quite tricky course if I had been running...

First try on the new bike. Just a short ride because of the weather and ankle. Managed to avoid the rain for most of it :) Strong sidewinds all the time, so not really holding back. Ankle fine, though a bit more swollen afterwards.

So, the situation is still improving. The swelling is decreasing every day, except when I use the ankle a bit too much. With some rest it gets better quite quickly again then though. Running in a bit over two weeks?

Swelling is reducing veeeeery slowly each day, and with that the ability to bend my ankle improves. It's still a bit unstable and sensitive though, I won't be starting to run after this week yet.

Icing at least once a day for the past few days. Feels like it helps the recovery quite a bit.
