Echo at the physio today. He found some small things which could cause my problems, but wasn't really sure because there was no clear evidence what could cause it. Did find something worth treating with shockwave therapy, so that's the next step, together with continuing to try and mobilise the ankle. Next appointment is next friday.

At Mountain Network Arnhem with Louis and Yvonne. Warmed up with short 3c, 4 and 5a. Then did a long 4a, which felt a bit harder. Then tried a 5b in the overhang, but just didn't have the strength (and technique).
Tried some more routes (6a, 5b (overhang, tried 2x), 5c) and got far on some of them, but didn't manage any because I was already too pumped. Was successful on a 5a at the end, but failed on the 5a+ right after.
Not that many routes completed this time, but felt the climbing itself was harder than last times.

Nice weather for a bit longer tour. Shortened it a little bit because the road I originally wanted to take was closed and anyway unpaved so inaccessible for me.

Headwind to start with then tailwind back home. Nice climb halfway :) Noticed I can keep a quite high pace for a long time, but speeding up immediatly makes me tired. Too many long slow rides I guess, time for some interval training?
