Felt warmer than the temperature showed. I tend to have less achilles problems in my X-talons I noticed, so I used those instead of the F-lites. Achilles ok, not improving not getting worse. Pleased with the pace of the runs lately, I think most of it is due to getting the hang of my changed technique. GPS having an off day...

Wet snow 2℃ (Feels like 2℃).

On Havelte West. Nice going on the MTB-track, then really enjoying myself running through the open fields with the wet snow in my face. Funny how an area can be different when the conditions change a bit. Achilles just a tiny bit 'tired'. Did a 1' break to relax the muscles a bit.
