Sunny 12℃.

Bit faster pace today, feeling good. Left knee and right achilles fine. Both calves tired near the end. Beautiful sunny day, dressed up way too warm (long tights+thermo+gloves+buff).

Partly cloudy 11℃.

Plan was around 20k, but enjoyed the weather so much that extended my route a bit. Following random roads, whenever it looked nice I'd head in that direction. Fun.

Knee a bit sensitive, not too bad. Right calf a bit tired after 30k. Felt like I had to work hard to keep a good pace, but wind was strong and maybe body was tired.

Clear 11℃.

Trying out how the knee and calf feel, was planning anywhere between 5-10km.
Turned out fine, knee a little bit sensitive when running downhill, but barely noticeable. Good thing Netherlands is flat as a pancake. Calf also fine, seems massaging it after the runs helped. The niggle that was there disappeared and though it's not 100% yet it feels much better. Slight stomach problems the last 2k, might've been the cake I had for lunch.
