Easy long run with dad on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Great scenery, nice trails and climbs. Good experience :)

Legs bit tired near the end, other than that feeling good.

Two for two! Feeling great. Running was smooth and light, breathing easy. Right hip a bit uncomfortable but didn't get worse during the run.

Found a trail through the field from one forest to the other, but a hunter there told me they were hunting in that forest and I shouldn't go there. Walked carefully until I found a trail. Of course at the entry to the forest there were no signs about hunting at all...

I'm stick-massaging my calves regularly now and have a feeling it really helps loosening them up. No achilles discomfort today.

Note

New year, new goals! Time to do some regular, planned training again. The next 21 weeks (from 5th of jan) I'll try to follow a schedule to finally break 17' on 5k. I don't think that will be a huge achievement by itself, the goal will be more about sticking to a training schedule, staying injury free and seeing how far I can dip below those 17 minutes. Excited!

Right achilles little uncomfortable the first 5-10min. Feeling tired and heavy, but gradually getting better towards the end. Warm.
