Club training. Even though I'd planned the courses, I wanted to do some navigating at good speed to get a good feeling for next week. Right calf stiff from eccentric exercises, but knee was doing fine.

Sharp with navigation again, although I had the advantage of knowing the controls quite well right now. Not feeling that fast but running at a constant speed.

Great morning run over the hills and through the forests of the Veluwezoom. Intensity a bit higher than I liked, but felt good so decided to push a bit on the hills.

Felt much warmer than it really was. Achilles wasn't stiff in the morning, a bit sensitive the first 10' and then fine afterwards until it felt tired again near the end. Right knee stiff but not terribly bad.

Nice to be in three great different nature areas in four days :)

Partly cloudy 8℃.

Nice run with dad on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Such a difference to yesterday, warm and spring-like right now. Also didn't screw up the navigation this time. Ran in just a shirt. Lovely trails, wonderful climbs and descents, awesome views. Pace was slow but that made enjoying it longer easier :)

Right achilles complaining a bit, right knee also a bit stiff again.
