Lønahorgi.

Had been ogling this one for quite some time. Early start (6:30) because of the heat (29C forecasted).

Didn't feel very strong and took me about two hours before my body started feeling good. Positively surprised by the time to the summit. Lots of snowfields from around 1200m but all easy to cross.

Got a little off course in the descent, no trails and only carried a rough sketch of my planned route. Hit the river and had to backtrack a bit to get down the cliffs and to the bridge. Probably cost around 20min.

Beautiful run!

Slettafjellet. Snow line at about 1100m now. Legs feeling a bit heavy but that actually helped pace myself up instead of going too fast. Took half an hour break at the top to enjoy the mountains and the summer heat. Downhill very smooth, definitely improving on my technique.

Warm warm warm. Didn't have much time recently and my foot played up a bit again, so that's why I didn't do much the last few days. Lovely to be running again.

Up to Langesetvatnet for a short swim, then a great downhill cross country through the marshes. Bit too steep for these shoes but very enjoyable. Great views all around. Met friends and swam at the other lake afterwards.
