NK Long, Kale Duinen, 14.3km (7'53"/km).

Warm (22-25C). Started too fast and realised running through soft sand and high heather is a bit different from rocky trails. Legs didn't want to cooperate today. Very sloppy navigation as well. Still, even though my race was terrible I managed to enjoy the sunny autumn forest; just a shame I couldn't do the course and terrain justice with a good run.
