-3500m/20km. With Louis and Robin. Beautiful day, great slopes. Very relaxed skiing, lots of breaks and stops.

Cross-country skiing 33:00 [3] 6.2 km (5:19 / km) +160m 4:43 / km

Flachauwinkl.

Same route as 21/01. Legs a bit tired and slow conditions cause of the high temps today (around 9C).

Cycling 48:00 [3] 20.2 km (25.3 kph) +240m

Flachauwinkl. Lunchtime.

Bike season has opened! Legs felt a bit too tired for either running or xc skiing but this worked out perfectly as an easy day.

Beautiful ride up the valley, watching the wall of the Hauptkamm out front. Highway isn't too noticeable apart from a few underpasses.

Trail running 1:07:30 [3] 10.5 km (6:26 / km) +750m 4:44 / km
shoes: Altra Timp

Sattelbauer. Lunchtime.

Legs tired but the sun lured me out to the trail. Took it more easy than yesterday. Trails/roads a bit icy in places but more runnable than yesterday. Right instep and toe slightly sensitive.

21'30" up to Sattelbauer, wonder how far I can get under 20' with a good effort.

Saukaralmweg. Lunchtime.

Tried my luck on the trails, hoping the warm days and cold nights had made it more hard packed. Quite ok at the beginning, higher up still very soft once I'd broken through the crusty top layer. Hard to keep a rhythm going up, walked some bits. Fun downhill, though easy.

Good effort, happy with the pace. Instep right didn't hurt so much; also tied my laces more loose. Gorgeous sunny day again.

42'30" up, 21' down.

Cross-country skiing 39:00 [3] 8.3 km (4:42 / km) +60m 4:32 / km

Reitdorf.

Easy pace. Will probably have a bit less time to train later in the week so adding more volume now. Freshly groomed trails again!

Instep right slightly sore afterwards.

Beautiful night; crispy cold, cloudless and a full moon.
