Easy evening ride. Bit chilly. Nice tailwind on the way back.

Sallandse Heuvelrug.

Very easy pace on a beautiful sunny and warm (18C) day. Groin pain coming up again after a few k, but never got worse. Calves better.

Feel very strong, no problem with the distance at all physically, just a bit frustrating that some parts of my legs don't want to cooperate at the moment.

Did lots of short stops to enjoy the bird sounds and the views but also to stretch out the groins. Out for about 2h.

Legs feeling strong, though running on flat terrain feels very 'hard' compared to a slower hilly course.

Calves tightened up after a few k, especially the right one, but never got worse. Still issues with groins as well, maybe it's lack of running fitness but near the end I found it hard to lift my legs properly from the soreness in both groins.

Nice to be back on these trails for a bit.
