Warm and sunny weather!

Technique a little rusty the first few controls, fine later. No real mistakes, few hesitations and sub-optimal route choices but don't think I lost more than 15" total.

Felt harder than I hoped, though happy with the pace. No groin pain :)

Bit longer than I wanted. Nice tailwind for most of it. Quite chilly and grey out today. Legs feeling good.

Havelte Oost.

New shoes came in and decided to risk trying them out on this run. Plan was to do 20k at very easy pace, cutting it short when necessary because of the groin or shoes.

Felt good and strong throughout, groin still not perfect but I'm assuming I just had to adapt to the sudden increase in flat running as opposed to the slow snowplowing I've been doing this winter.

Woldberg.

Detour back home after dropping off the bike for service. Groin feeling a lot better, slightly sensitive from 5,5k but never getting much worse. Right calf a bit stiff. Dressed a bit too warm with a thermo.

Goal for now is running 3-4x/week with a total of 40-50k and add some core/strength as well.

Enjoying the little bike paths in the woods.

Groin right still nagging a bit, no idea what causes it to hurt on the bike (though very minimal).
