Warm up.

Trail running race 1:37:51 [3] 24.8 km (3:57 / km) +95m 3:52 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite 315 #3

Woldbergtrail.

Unsure beforehand how my groin would hold up. Started a little too fast but felt comfortable enough, though let the first guy go. Groin started nagging after 8k but I managed to not let it affect the pace too much until the climbs around the Woldberg at 20k, where I struggled to lift my legs high enough. Last 4k were hard. Nice to have mom and dad cycling around the course to support me in a few different places!

Pleased with the time, had hoped for under 1h40' and 1h37' on a very good day. Nice indication of fitness, now let's see if I can get the groin problems under control.
