Hiking 2:30:00 [3] 8.6 km (17:27 / km) +320m 14:42 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Trailtalon 290 #2

San Vincenzo. Group walk.

Pretty much the same route as the run a few days ago.

Foggy with the occasional bits of the sun almost coming through the clouds. Lots of stopping to check plants, trees, mushrooms, abandoned houses. Saw three wild boar crossing the path in front of us. Lovely picknick break on the meadow. Nice.

Trail running 50:00 [3] 8.1 km (6:10 / km) +320m 5:09 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Trailtalon 290 #2

San Vincenzo.

Evening run. Wanted to go out earlier but big lunch prevented that.

Finally found some nice small trails (between 2,5 and 4k), contouring the hill side. Small break on the meadow at 4k, enjoying the view of the lights on the hills in the distance.

This area seems to be more quiet and foresty than where I went on previous runs.

Legs and body a bit tired but lovely to go out for a run.

Wednesday Nov 11 #

Cycling 45:00 [3] 11.8 km (15.7 kph) +300m

Monte di Crea. With M. and A.

Little tour to the heighest point around. Bit foggy so no grand views towards the Alps. Nice afternoon.

Tuesday Nov 10 #

Trail running 35:00 [3] 5.7 km (6:08 / km) +210m 5:11 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Trailtalon 290 #2

Evening run, started just after sunset. G. pointed out Monviso yesterday on the walk, today it was visible as well even though the evening was a bit foggy.

Easier than last run, pushing the pace a bit more uphill and running fairly relaxedly on the downhills. Lots of unmapped paths and roads go through the vineyards, spent some time finding passages connecting to other trails but failed this time.
