Vlasakkers, 10.3km (5'53"/km).

Technically quite easy, apart from some legs in the south west of the map. Still, navigating precisely and disciplined. Perhaps also because i didn't tape my ankles and so ran a bit more carefully. Small misses on 17 (too rough of a bearing leaving the trail, +15"), 22 (exited 21 too much east, then unsure in the circle, +5-10"). Besides that some 2-3" hesitations. Also had to retie my right shoe lace twice, taped it before but not good enough apparently.

Physically i found it tough, especially the uphills through the heather. Couldn't really push, which frustrated me in the beginning, until i slowed down a bit and found good flow.

Beautiful sunny weather!

Last check up for achilles. Continuing exercises on my own for a while. Could carefully pick up running again, if i want.

Weather your typical November dreary. Drizzle and gray, 6C. Had to push a little on the way there (tailwind) and not so much food on me, so slower going back.
