Willyabrup on the fourth day. James and I set three top rope anchors. Started on an easy 14ish bumpy slab on Hope Buttress. Then a 15 and 17 just around the corner from fat chance area. All great climbs.

Back to Bob's Hollow on the third day of our trip. Did 'Lover's nuts', an easy 20m 17. Set up the top-rope through the lower-offs so that everyone else could have a go.

UA, bouldered mainly.

Was there with Brian, Boyd, Brittney and some other friend of theirs. Since it was their first time climbing, I didn't really climb with them much, but did get Brian to belay me up a 20 and a 21 (fell twice on the 21). Got Steven to lead belay me up the black 21 with the big dyno. Missed the dyno once, which is better than the twice I missed it on Monday.

Last climb before Christmas.

A short but strong climb with Lex and UA. Got Lex to lead belay me on a 19 and a 20 (plus a few warm ups).

Also worked on a few 21 topropes (just need to put all the moves together).

First time back with my old La Sportiva shoes after filling the toe holes with 'shoe-goo'. Wore off a bit but holding ok.

Lots of leading easy climbs to warm up.

Did an awesome 21 lead with a big dyno half way. Took 2 misses before I got the dyno. Pretty happy since nobody else in the gym got it all night. Nice big fall when you miss it. Bondy as always did a good job of belaying me when I'm bouncing around, which is more than can be said for a few of the other belayers for that dyno.

Also toproped a handful of 20s and 21s. Played on the bouldering coumn.

Good fun. lead 19 & 20 but had a rest on both just before the last clip.

Working on the car again. (Front suspension)

The steel wedges Josh made me bent so I had to put it all back how it was. Spent another 2 hrs getting 4 nasty bolts out. At least it will make things easier for next time.

Gardening with Lex in the morning. Distributing mulch all over the garden.

All afternoon spent dismantling my front suspension. Got 8 really stuck bolts out over about 3 hrs.

New Gym WooHoo!

Lots of great climbs. Only toproped because I was with Lex.

Did quite a few 11-12m 18s and some slightly shorter 19s and 20s.

A couple of solid hours of climbing though.

Hangout with Lex.

We didn't stay for long, but got a couple of 19 and 20's in.

I was still really warming up when we left so I didn't want to push it.

Finished off with several hard sets on the campus board. Managed a few laps double campusing and skipping a rung on the left (medium) rungs, a few struggling double campusses on the right (tiny) rungs. Then lots of laps single campussing on the big rungs. Can still do double campusses, missing 2 rungs in the middle, so I'm pretty happy with that.

Cycled to uni then returned home for forgotten gear, back to uni then to Bondy's. Bondy drove us to the Hangout and dropped me and my bike off at home afterwards.

Rockface memberships ran out so we went back to the Hangout. Fun night. Did lots of new topropes. ~ 3 17's, 3 18's and 7 19's. Felt pretty good about them since we flashed most.

There was a new green marble lead that we both jumped on but it was pretty dumb. No roof, so it seemed short. The first move was hard and the rest was trivial.

Got on the Blue roof just to see if I could still do it. Woohoo! Flashed it!

Then managed to do a few laps of the campus board (which I have missed). Could still triple campus up and down.

Kind of a rest day.

Spent 4 hrs tearing apart and then rebuilding my rear suspension. Much better now.

Very exhausting, spending the day tightening and untightening nuts&bolts. Very hot day too.

Wungong valley. Did the first half of a lot of climbs then ran out of bolts. Lots of down climbing. Very fine slab with not much to hang onto.

Will return with a guidebook someday.
