Good strong workout.

Only did one lead (17+downclimb) to warm up. Then worked on a heap 19-22 climbs.

Finished with a killer 10 laps of the dynamic 10m pink 19.
Dead at the end.

Pushed really hard. Did a heap of 20-22 top ropes. Finished doing laps of a very dynamic 19 which wore me out pretty bad. Then climbed and downclimbed a high 18 which made my forearms beg for mercy so I stopped before doing an injury.

Churchman's Brook with Travis and Jodie.

Top roped an 18 (slash and burn).

Lead a 21 just to the right of it. Fell just after the crux. More like a jump because I knew I'd fall making the clip.

At least I managed the moves.

First time back at the gym after holidays.

Rockface.

Did a heap of warm up top-ropes, then 2 easy leads one of which I downclimbed. Finished with a red 21 which I did clean for the first time (3rd attempt).
