Started off slow as per usual, pretty much walked the whole first lap and half of the second. Started to run about 100m before the end of the second lap and kept up a fast pace 'till the end. The sand kills my legs.

A few warm ups and then mostly leading again. 17s and 16s, easy stuff, but needed to get back into leading.
Stupidly tried to do a 22 roof section and fell (~5m) at the second clip. Ended up eye-level with Bondy. Very funny and the whole gym saw it! I got back up and made the clip but didn't finish the climb. I needed a better plan, as opposed to just jumping on it and looking for holds as I go along. I even gave myself a rope burn on the hand that was clipping because I didn't let go of it as I fell.
Finished off with an exhausting game of twister on the 45 wall.

9:30 walked almost whole way
8:00 some jogging
4:30 jog
4:30 working hard just to keep up the pace.
