OL intervalls did around 12 laps. One lap was 2 minutes. Was tired since yesterday but run as fast as I could. Its a rest day tomorrow nice

Hill intervalls with Johan did 30 lap maybe 20 min hard running. Felt a little bit tierd after the morningtraining

Distance running, with lithe vilse, down to Slaka and Blå lagunen. Felt tierd in my body after the weekend. Did som strength exercise after the training but that not included in the training time
