Skipped the gym today because the Jeep was the only available vehicle and it stalled on me majorly at a busy intersection.
Mental suffering (0-3): 2 - didn't hate it, but still constantly wanted it to be over
Physical suffering (0-5): 1 - some R hip discomfort and R knee soreness
Some uphill walking, some flat jogging. In the middle I did 4 or 5 two-minute intervals at 8:30 pace, separated by 2 minutes of uphill walking at 13:00 pace.
