Did the 0.5273 mile steep section of the Sawyer Camp Trail round trip 7 times, then went down halfway before getting a call and ending my workout. I jogged 90% of the downhills and 65% of the uphills, and walked the rest of the way. The entire workout is about the same distance as a round-trip Mt. Si hike, but only 1/3 the climb (and taking half the time). A bit frustrating, how hard it is to get a good climbing workout from here in Millbrae.
